Our Mission

Homecrest Community Services, Inc. (HCS) is a non-profit, IRS 501C(3) which provides community-based, multi-social services for older adults, youth, and immigrant families living in Southern Brooklyn.

Our mission is to help the immigrant community and other disadvantaged persons to thrive through advocacy, civic engagement, and partnerships.
HCS proudly operates community centers across several vibrant neighborhoods, including Sheepshead Bay and Bensonhurst, each rich in local amenities and cultural diversity.

Our Sheepshead Bay location is housed within the historic Homecrest Presbyterian Church, offering a welcoming space for the community. In Bensonhurst, our center is conveniently located near the D train station, providing easy access to a wide array of dining options, markets, and transportation links. Additionally, our Multi-Social Services Center serves as a valuable resource, offering crucial support to local residents.

Finally, our Sunset Park center thrives in the heart of both Hispanic and Asian communities, where we’ve been dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of residents for over two decades. We’re proud to serve individuals from all walks of life to create a strong, inclusive presence in the area.
