HCS Sunset Park Opening

By establishing a center in this diverse neighborhood, we are now better positioned to serve local residents who previously had to travel significant distances to access our services at our Bensonhurst and Sheepshead Bay locations.

The new HCS Sunset Park Center will feature case managers fluent in various Chinese dialects to bridge language barriers and ensure new immigrants receive the support they need through clear and effective communication. Unlike our older adult centers, this new site is a direct service location with no membership registration required.

As part of the Division of Social Services, the Sunset Park Center will offer a range of programs, including youth leadership initiatives, parent support resources, anti-AAPI hate reporting, comprehensive social services, and civic engagement opportunities.
